Holcim (US) Inc. Facility Supervisor in Ada, Oklahoma
Provide leadership and oversight of Geocycle’s AFR Facility located in Ada, OK including safety, health, environmental policies and production
Supervise material handlers. Coordinate all activities with the Lead Material Handler .
Ensure all appropriate mechanical inspections are performed (daily, weekly, monthly, etc). Ensure all mobile equipment safety inspections are performed prior to equipment use.. Ensure all appropriate safety inspections are completed and documented.
Focus on Preventive Maintenance and failure prevention; perform repairs and rebuilds as appropriate.
Ensure all Safety procedures and ISO work instructions and procedures for 9001 and 14001 are utilized correctly.
Work with the Lead Material handler to ensure Geocycle trailers are road worthy and meet DOT standard; Ensure all shift team members assigned to you are task specific trained on safety procedures, ISO 9001 and 14001 work instructions and procedures, and processes related to specific position.
Review inspections on a daily basis and submit work notifications Until SAP is implemented,.
Ensure timely reporting and correction of production and maintenance issues. Ensure timely return to service of equipment that is coming out of scheduled down time.
Assure all contractors are following Geocycle and Holcim Ada plant rules, verify records and record.
Assist to ensure quality standards are being met.
Respond to equipment alarms in a timely manner and prioritize multiple problems that occur on a daily basis.
Accident and incidents handled properly and accurate report written.
Maintain a high housekeeping standard around POD and containment area; keep POD organized
Perform a Monthly Parts Inventory
Perform a Monthly Tool Inventory
Safety: perform one VPC Monthly
All Safety Meeting and Training throughout the year

Works close with the all departments within the cement plant
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Required Education: Associates Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
Field of Study Preferred: Sciences, Business or Related Field
Required Work Experience: 3-5 years operational experience in a technical work environment related to waste management and 3+ years of experience in a Supervisory/managerial.
Required Computer and Software Skills: Comprehensive computer software knowledge required, including Excel, Word, Project, SAP, etc. is preferred.
Travel Requirements: Less than 20%
Strong mechanical aptitude and skill set
Experience with Facility Operations and optimization,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision making skills; ability to make sound decisions based on a thorough analysis of available data/information, and follows up on critical issues
Able to report P&L report to the Management

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
