Responsibilities and Qualifications
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy service standards.
Because you’re committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That’s why you’ll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's degree
preferred. Current license as a registered nurse
Licensure: Current license as a RN in OK.
Experience: Three to five years clinical experience preferred. Management
experience preferred. Knowledge of Nurse Practice
Act, and State Health requirements. Ability to be self-motivated
and to work with others. Skills in leadership and communication.
Knowledgeable and able to perform duties in all areas of nursing
BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certification required.
